No smoking permitted on the property.

Weekly rate based on availability. Call for rates on extended visits.

Payments accepted by cash, personal check, or PayPal.

Unless paying via PayPal, a deposit of 50% of total is required within 7 days of booking. Balance due upon arrival.

A full refund, minus a $25 service fee, will be processed for cancellations at least 48 hours in advance.

Guests will be responsible for damages.
